My #6 Effective Literacy Website review is on this site called Story Place https://www.storyplace.org/. Story Place is a place where children and their families have enjoyed attending story times for years. This site allows kid to interact in games and activities and join Charlotte Mecklenburg program in various locations. If you’re a teach or parent looking for stories for your little ones, Story Place is the place for you. It is full of great activities for learners to explore. Just choose a theme by clicking the icons in the home page to start the fun. My little two-year-old loves to play who am? Story place was first launched in 2000 and has been newly designed to present favorite stories and activities in a format compatible with desktop and mobile devices. This site also includes early literacy information for parents and caregivers. Story Place is a Kid friendly environment that promises to entertain, educate and help your kid have right head start with learning to keep them wanting more. I had a hard time going through the page, because my little two-year wants us to repeat the games and stories. I had to leave my review for a-while, while she watches the interactive stories and games. I will definitely recommend this site to friends and teachers. Perfect for those reading corner activities, to keep kids entertain and at the same time learning.

     Thank you, Dr. Rivera and to my classmates for making the learning experience in class enjoyable and worthwhile. I appreciate all the information shared online, email, and on text.  This class has made teaching with technology less daunting and challenging as we face a new level of technology-literate learners.  Even old dogs (like myself) are still able to learn new tricks.      Good luck to everyone as we continue to move forward with the Program. However, parents and teachers can sign up for free accounts to monitor the progress of their child or students. Parents can sign up for a 6 month subscription of $44.99 for the Premium Family account, which gives parents complete mobile access, access to link up to 5 devices, ad free experience, ability to save favorite games, set a timer, control game category, and access to worksheets, activity pages and teacher resources. The Premium Teacher account gives teachers the same features, but up to 30 devices can be linked for an annual subscription of $69.99. ABCYa! ranges from Kindergarten to 6th grade.
